Studio and 1-Bedroom condominiums are allotted one parking space each.
2- and 3-Bedroom condominiums are allotted two parking spaces each.
Additional cars may be parked in town (transportation to and from these additional vehicles will be provided by the Grand Timber Lodge shuttle).
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations booked more than 30 days in advance are charged a two night deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival. A $100 booking fee will be assessed for reservations changed or "downgraded" outside of 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are non-refundable inside of 30 days prior to arrival.
Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings or condominiums at Grand Timber Lodge.
No pets allowed. Pets may be boarded at DNR Kennels in Breckenridge. Please call 970.453-6708 in advance for reservations.
