How do I book my owner week at Grand Timber Lodge?
If you are a fixed week owner, your week will automatically be booked for you. If you are a Spring/Fall, Summer or 4 Bedroom Winter floating owner, there is a specific booking day for your season every year. It is important to remember that the more high demand the dates are, the sooner you should call to reserve your week. If you are a 2 Bedroom or 3 Bedroom Winter season owner, you will utilize the online reservations request system to book your owner week.

Can I split up my owner week for shorter stays?
You are allowed to split your week into 3 and 4 night stays within the season you own. We will book your first stay, and the second stay will need to be matched with another owner who has also split a week. All nights are based on availability, and must begin or end on a Sunday. There is a $75 administrative fee when booking your 2nd Partial Stay.
