Most ownership weeks at Grand Timber Lodge are floating weeks which means that you can potentially reserve any week within the season you own.
As a floating week owner, you must first make a reservation if you want to use your week for the following:
- Stay at Grand Timber Lodge
- Exchange your week through Interval International
- Rent out your week
If you are a fixed week owner, your annual week at Grand Timber Lodge is already reserved, so you can call at your leisure if you would like to exchange or rent out your week.
