- Contact the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Reservations Department toll-free at 877.453.4440 to reserve your specific weeks up to one year prior to the start of your season at Grand Timber Lodge. You can split your week into a 4 night stay and a 3 night stay.
- Have both sets of dates ready as well as back up dates, in case your first choice is unavailable.
- For the first partial stay, you may select the most convenient dates for you based on availability. The second set of dates, however, must coincide with another owner's partial stay.
- All partial stays must start or end on a Sunday and will be in buildings 5 or 6.
* There is a $75 administrative fee incurred every time you split your week on the second half of your stay.
You may use the full two- or three-bedroom unit for each partial stay or split the unit by locking off a portion of it.
** All partial stays must be used within the year and season that you own. For example, if you are a Winter owner, you could stay January 6 - January 10 in your two-bedroom, and again in your two-bedroom from December 13 - December 16 in the same calendar year.
