Q: What is check-in/check-out time?
A: Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.
Q: Do you have high-speed wireless internet access available?
A: Wireless internet access is available throughout the resort and is available in all units.
Q: Do you have a pool?
A: Yes; the resort features two aquatic areas located between Buildings 1-4 and Buildings 5-6. Both facilities feature multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated all-season pools, locker rooms with showers and changing facilities, and sunning decks lined with seating areas as well as lounge chairs.
Q: Do you have a spa?
A: Yes, Refresh Spa is located on property in Building 6. For more information or to book a treatment, go here or call 970-547-3624.
Q: What toiletries are provided?
A: You will find a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup wipes, toilet paper and bars of soap in each bathroom. If you run out of any of these supplies, simply call down to the Front Desk and they will restock your supply.
Q: Are there coffee pots in the units?
A: Yes; each unit has a standard coffee pot and a welcome basket that includes regular and decaf coffee, an assortment of teas, powder creamer packets, sugar and Sweet’n Low, coffee filters and hot chocolate.
Q: What kitchen cleaning supplies comes in the units?
A: Dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels and a sponge.

Q: Is early check-in available?
A: Early check-in prior to 4 p.m. is available on a limited basis. Please call us on your day of arrival for more information.
Q: Is late check-out available?
A: Late check out after 10 a.m. is available on a limited basis. Please check with the Front Desk to see if a late check-out is available for your stay.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Grand Timber Lodge in a non-pet resort with the exception of service animals. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) rule defines “service animal” as an animal that has been individually trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Animals whose sole function is to provide emotional support, comfort, therapy, companionship, therapeutic benefits, or to promote emotional well-being are NOT service animals. We appreciate your adherence to the Colorado State Law. Pets can be kenneled at The Dog House in Breckenridge.
Q: Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?
A: Yes; we have an onsite fitness center. The fitness center welcomes guests from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
Q: Do you offer room service?
A: We do not offer room service, but our onsite restaurant, Lodgepole Bar & Grill, provides take-out orders.
Q: I want to ship a package to arrive before or during my stay? Do you allow this?
A: Yes. We’re happy to accept packages for guests. Please send the package via UPS or FedEx to Grand Timber Lodge, Attention: (Guest’s Name), 75 Snowflake Drive, Breckenridge, CO 80424. If you’d like to let us know when the package is sent, we’ll be happy to make a note to keep an eye out for it.
Q: Do you have a business center?
A: Yes; the business center is open 24 hours a day.
Q: Do you allow smoking on property?
A: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas within the resort. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units and unit decks.

A: Please see our Maps & Directions page.
Q: Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
A: We do not provide free shuttle service from the airport; however, we do offer discounted shuttle services to our guests. Please call 877-453-4440 for help booking a shuttle service.
Q: Do you have onsite parking?
A: Yes, we offer onsite parking. Studio and one-bedroom units are allotted one parking space. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom units are allotted two parking spaces. All other vehicles will have to make arrangements with the town of Breckenridge for overnight parking. Recreational vehicles and trailers are not allowed to park on property.
Q: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/pack’n plays? Is there a charge?
A: Yes; we do offer rollaways, cribs and pack’n plays free of charge. Due to fire code restrictions, rollaways and cribs are not allowed in Studio units.
Q: What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
A: You or someone in your party must be 21 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Due to the nature of our property, cancellation policies differ per reservation type. Please reference your confirmation email or call 877-453-4440 for your specific policy.
Q: Do you have accessible rooms?
A: Yes; we have accessible rooms. Please let us know prior to arrival that an accessible room will be needed.
Q: What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
A: Located in Building 6, the Lodgepole Bar & Grill offers a full lunch and dinner menu and daily happy hour specials. The Lodgepole Market is located next door to the restaurant and offers several “grab and go” breakfast items as well as various groceries, including local products. Please visit the website for up-to-date hours.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards. When you check in to the resort, we require a credit card to put on file. We do not accept checks.
