What is the check-in/check-out time?
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your scheduled check-in day and check-out is at 10 a.m. on your scheduled check-out date.
Do you have onsite parking? How much does it cost?
Yes, we do have free onsite parking. Your allotted parking spaces will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on your day of check-in until 10:00 a.m. on your check-out day. The parking allotment is as follows: studios and one-bedrooms receive one parking space, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms receive two parking spaces and four-bedrooms receive four parking spaces.
Do you have high-speed wireless internet access available?
Wireless internet access is available throughout the resort and is available in all units.
Do you have a pool?
Yes; the resort features two aquatic areas located between Buildings 1-4 and Buildings 5-6. Both facilities feature multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated all-season pools, locker rooms with showers and changing facilities, and sunning decks lined with seating areas as well as lounge chairs.
Do you offer massages on-property?
Yes, Refresh Massage Studio is located on the resort in Building 1. For more information or to book a treatment, go here or call 970-547-3624.
What toiletries are provided?
You will find a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup wipes, toilet paper and bars of soap in each bathroom. If you run out of any of these supplies, simply call down to the Front Desk and they will restock your supply.
What kitchen items, cleaning supplies and other amenities come in the units?
Each unit has a standard coffee pot and a welcome basket that includes regular and decaf coffee, an assortment of teas, powder creamer packets, sugar and Sweet’n Low, coffee filters and hot chocolate.
Cleaning supplies consists of dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels and a sponge.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Due to the additional time needed to ensure each room receives a thorough cleaning and disinfection process, only a limited number of late check-out requests will be granted—12 p.m. instead of 10 a.m.—and for a $50 fee. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance of your departure to check availability, if you are interested in paying for a late check-out.
If you find that you will arrive at the resort before the 4 p.m. check-in time, please call the Front Desk prior to your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in.
Are pets allowed?
Grand Timber Lodge in a non-pet resort with the exception of service animals. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) rule defines “service animal” as an animal that has been individually trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Animals whose sole function is to provide emotional support, comfort, therapy, companionship, therapeutic benefits, or to promote emotional well-being are NOT service animals. We appreciate your adherence to the Colorado State Law. Pets can be kenneled at The Dog House in Breckenridge.
Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?
Yes; we have an onsite fitness center. The fitness center welcomes guests from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Do you have a business center?
Yes; the business center is open 24 hours a day.
Do you allow smoking on property?
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas within the resort. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units and unit decks.
How do I get to the hotel?

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not provide free shuttle service from the airport; however, we do offer discounted shuttle services to our guests. Please call 877-453-4440 for help booking a shuttle service.
Will your rooms allow rollaways and pack’n plays? Is there a charge?
Yes; we do offer rollaways and pack’n plays. Rollaways are $10 and pack’n plays are free of charge. Due to fire code restrictions, rollaways and cribs are not allowed in suite units.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
You or someone in your party must be 21 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the condo.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes; we have accessible rooms. Please let us know prior to arrival that an accessible room will be needed.
Do you have a restaurant or bar onsite?

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards. When you check in to the resort, we require a credit card to put on file. We do not accept checks.
I want to ship a package to arrive before or during my stay. Do you allow this?
Yes. We’re happy to accept packages for guests. If your package arrives prior to your stay, there will be a $5 small package or $10 large package storage fee. Please send the package via UPS or FedEx to Grand Timber Lodge, Attention: (Guest’s Name), 75 Snowflake Dr, Breckenridge, CO 80424. If you’d like to let us know when the package is sent, we’ll be happy to make a note to keep an eye out for it. USPS will not ship to the Grand Timber Lodge, so please make sure to use UPS or FedEx.
