What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is as early as 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. MT
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Due to the robust nature of cleaning each residence, only a limited number of late check-out requests will be granted—12 p.m. instead of 10 a.m.—and for a $50 fee. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance of your departure to check availability if you are interested in paying for a late check-out. If you find that you will arrive at the resort before the 4 p.m. check-in time, please call the Front Desk prior to your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
You or someone in your party must be 21 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the residence.
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Do you have on-site parking? How much does it cost?
Yes, we do have free on-site parking. Your allotted parking spaces will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on your check-in day until 10:00 a.m. on your check-out day. The parking allotment is as follows: studios and one-bedrooms receive one parking space, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms receive two parking spaces.
Do you have Electric Vehicle Charging Stations?
Yes, we have Electric Vehicle Charging Stations located in Buildings 1 and 8 garages. Payment can be made using the Charge Point App. Please remember to move your vehicle after charging is complete.
Do you have a shuttle into town?
Yes, the Grand Timber Lodge shuttle will take you to one of 26 stops within town limits. To catch the shuttle, wait right outside the lobby area for the shuttle to return every ten to twenty minutes. Simply call 970-406-0118 for pick-up from one of the stops in town. During the ski season, the Grand Timber Lodge shuttle will be at your service from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. From spring until autumn, the shuttle runs from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.
Are pets allowed?
Grand Timber Lodge is not a pet-friendly property. Service animals are allowed on the property for any guest. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) rule defines a “service animal” as an animal that has been individually trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. An animal whose sole function is to provide emotional support, comfort, therapy, companionship or therapeutic benefits or to promote emotional well-being is NOT a service animal. We appreciate your adherence to Colorado state law. Pets can be kenneled at The Dog House in Breckenridge.
Do you allow smoking on the property?
Only tobacco smoking is allowed in designated areas around the resort. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all residences, residence decks and non-designated areas.
Do you have ADA-accessible rooms?
Yes, we have ADA-accessible rooms. Please let us know prior to your arrival that an ADA-accessible room will be needed.
What toiletries are provided?
You will find a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup wipes, toilet paper and bars of soap in each bathroom. If you run out of any of these supplies, simply call down to the Front Desk, and they will restock your supply.
What kitchen items, cleaning supplies and other amenities come in the residences?
Each residence has a standard coffee pot and a welcome basket that includes regular and decaf coffee, an assortment of teas, powdered creamer packets, sugar and Sweet’N Low, coffee filters and hot chocolate.
Cleaning supplies consist of dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels and a sponge.

Will your rooms allow rollaways and Pack ’n Plays? Is there a charge?
Yes, we do offer Pack ‘n Plays free of charge. Rollaways are $10. Due to fire code restrictions, rollaways are not allowed in studio or two-room kitchenette residences.
What are the hours of the restaurant/bar?

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?
Yes, we have an onsite fitness center. The fitness center welcomes guests from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, the resort features two aquatic areas located between Buildings 1-4 and Buildings 5-6. Both facilities feature multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated all-season pools, locker rooms with showers and changing facilities, and sunning decks lined with seating areas as well as lounge chairs.
Do you have high-speed wireless Internet access available?
Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the resort and in all residences.
I want to ship a package to arrive before or during my stay. Do you allow this?
Yes. We’re happy to accept packages for guests. If your package arrives prior to your stay, there will be an $8 small package or $12 large package storage fee. Please send the package via UPS or FedEx to Grand Timber Lodge, Attention: (Guest’s Name), 75 Snowflake Dr, Breckenridge, CO 80424. If you’d like to let us know when the package is sent, we’ll be happy to make a note to keep an eye out for it. USPS will not ship to the Grand Timber Lodge, so please make sure to use UPS or FedEx.

Yes, the business center is open 24 hours a day.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 14 day notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Once we are within 14 days of your arrival, your reservation is final, and we are unable to refund, cancel, or modify your reservation.
